Nature at Le Querce di Cota
Land, woods and views
The natural setting of Le Querce di Cota is one of its greatest treasures. The estate sits among oak woods, green fields and rolling hills, offering wide open spaces and quiet landscapes typical of the Nebrodi area. It’s a place where the countryside remains untouched, inviting guests to enjoy slow walks, fresh air and the beauty of Sicily’s inland scenery.
Panorama
We are part of the Nebrodi Park and are fortunate to admire the western side of Mount Etna, the highest and most active volcano in Europe, offering breathtaking views in winter with its snow and in summer with its unique rocky landscape. Our natural environment is mainly composed of centuries-old oak and olive trees that surround and welcome our guests, along with wide stretches of land cultivated with different crops (organic durum wheat and sulla), rotated to respect the soil’s natural resting periods.
Animals
Animals are an integral part of our activity.
A small flock of sheep grazing freely, a newly built henhouse, a horse and a donkey, plus our loyal dogs and cats.

Green & Circular Economy
Driven by an innate vocation for the principles of circular economy, the estate has always implemented environmentally respectful measures, such as photovoltaic and solar panels that allow autonomous production of electricity and hot water, and the use of phytodepuration for wastewater treatment.
Proactively, we have sought sustainable development and economic growth for both our business and the surrounding area, contributing to the creation of local tourism.
